
Conal O'Brien
A founding Partner of the OHM Group in 1972, Conal O'Brien has been a member of the OHM Group main board for over 35 years and is a Director of all its subsidiary companies. Together with his partners, Gabriel Hogan and Declan McCourt, he has expanded the Group to where it is today.
A law graduate from University College Dublin (B.C.L.), he qualified as a Barrister-at-Law at the Honourable Society of King's Inns in Dublin.


Declan Mc Court
Declan McCourt is a Partner and Chief Executive of the OHM Group. He joined the Group in 1982 and together with his partners he has expanded the Group to where it is today.
He is a director of the Bank of Ireland, of Fyffes Plc and of Blackrock International Land Plc.
An economics graduate from University College Dublin, he qualified as a Barrister, and is an M.B.A. graduate of Harvard Business School.

Tommy Smith
Tommy Smith is Chief Operating Officer of the OHM Group. He joined the Group in 1983 to set up Irish Industrial Lift Trucks Ltd.(distributors of Hyster Forklift Trucks).
In 1990 Tommy was appointed Director of after-market activities and in 1992 was appointed Group Operations Director.
Prior to joining the OHM Group he held a number of senior management positions with the TMG Group.


Gerard O'Farrell
Gerard graduated in 1985 from the College of Technology, Dublin with a Diploma in Motor Industry Management and Motor Vehicle Engineering.
He joined the OHM Group car division, initially in the Technical Service Department as Warranty Administrator and later as Service Manager. Gerard subsequently studied Financial Management at ACCA in Dublin.
In 1993, following a number of years in both Sales and Dealer Development roles within the Car Division, Gerard was appointed as Sales Manager for the Jaguar brand and in 1994 was also appointed as Managing Director of the OHM Group’s new retail Jaguar Dealership in Dublin.
Following expansion of the Jaguar dealer network to Cork, Galway & Wexford, Gerard joined the main Board of the OHM Group. In 2004 he managed the expansion of OHM Group’s development of Spirit Motor Group in Sandyford, Dublin, retailing premium brands including Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Cadillac & Corvette.
In 2007, Gerard was appointed as Director, OHM Car Division with responsibility for all car brands wholesale and retail activities.
